Order Review Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing checkout. This includes product names, quantities, shipping address, billing information, contact details, and any applicable product notes.

Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Biological Truth are strictly for research use only. Refunds will not be issued based on personal-use expectations, medical outcomes, therapeutic claims, dosage assumptions, or unauthorized use of any product.

Returns

Due to product integrity, storage, and handling requirements, Biological Truth does not accept returns on opened, used, handled, altered, improperly stored, or tampered products.

Returned items, where approved, must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in the original condition received. Approval must be granted before any return is sent back.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact Biological Truth support as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.

Damaged order claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Biological Truth may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Once reviewed and verified, Biological Truth may correct the order through replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited cases, including confirmed duplicate charges, unavailable products, verified order errors, approved damaged order claims, or situations where Biological Truth is unable to fulfill an accepted order.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
  • Carrier delays outside Biological Truth’s control
  • International customs delays, seizures, refusals, or restrictions
  • Opened, used, handled, altered, or improperly stored products

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Biological Truth may not be able to cancel an order once processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping has started.

If an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, a refund may be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Replacement Orders

Where a refund is not appropriate, Biological Truth may offer a replacement for approved damaged, incorrect, missing, or fulfillment-related issues. Replacement availability depends on product stock and review outcome.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may be non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by a verified fulfillment error.

Carrier Issues

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery handling and timing are controlled by the carrier. Biological Truth is not responsible for carrier delays, misroutes, delivery attempts, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws, customs rules, duties, taxes, and restrictions in their location. Refunds are not guaranteed for packages delayed, seized, refused, returned, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities.
